Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Animal Health and Veterinary Services in Muzaffarabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the procurement of furniture and deep freezers under the development project for the Immunization Programme Against Contagious Diseases and Strengthening of First Aid Centers in AJK. This procurement is being conducted for the 2025-26 financial year following a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with AJKPPRA Rules 2017. The scope of work includes the supply of complete office furniture sets with an estimated value of 1.32 million Rupees and deep freezers. Eligible bidders must be income tax registered firms with a good reputation and must provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted in Pakistan or Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Bids must be submitted manually or via courier to the Directorate office by 10:00 AM on 22 May 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders. Successful suppliers are required to deliver the items to the designated location within seven days of the issuance of the supply order.
