The Bank of Punjab in Multan, Punjab invites sealed bids from experienced contractors for the comprehensive renovation and construction work at its Taqwa Islamic Branch, General Bus Stand (GBS). This high-value project, identified under reference ABEP-2026, has an estimated cost of approximately 20.5 million Rupees. The detailed scope of work includes civil modifications, interior fit-outs, and the installation of specialized HVAC systems, including copper piping, exhaust fans, and independent drainage solutions for climate control units. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and relevant tax authorities, maintaining an active status on the National Taxpayer List. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Interested firms are required to submit a two percent bid security in the form of a call deposit.
