Tender for Security Services, IT Equipment, and Laboratory Supplies

Khyber Medical University (KMU) Peshawar invites sealed tenders through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for various procurement requirements. The tender includes four main sets: Set 1 for the Hiring of Security Services; Set 2 for IT equipment including one laptop and 50 desktop computers; Set 3 for specialized laboratory equipment such as Micro Lab and digital colorimeter; and Set 4 for 1.5 and 2-ton air conditioners for KMU IHS, Bannu. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope process. Eligible bidders must be registered with KPPRA, the FBR Active Taxpayers List, Sales Tax, and the Excise & Taxation Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 13, 2026. Electronic bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, with technical opening at 11:30 AM. A bid security of 500,000 PKR is required for Set 1, while 2% of the bid value is required for other sets. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
