Description / Scope of Work
The Space Education & Research Center (SERC) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders from reputable and well-established firms for the procurement of high-quality hardware and IT equipment to support its technical infrastructure. The scope of the tender includes the supply of advanced server systems, networking hardware, specialized workstations, and various peripheral IT components required for research and educational purposes. This procurement process is being conducted in strict accordance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and must maintain an active status on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Comprehensive bidding documents, detailing technical specifications and evaluation criteria, can be collected from the procurement office upon payment of the prescribed non-refundable tender fee. Completed technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes no later than 11:30 AM on 27 May 2026. The organization remains committed to a transparent bidding process and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per the prevailing procurement guidelines.
