Description / Scope of Work
The Senior Civil Judge (Admin) in Jhelum, Punjab invites sealed tenders through the EPADS system from registered firms and suppliers for the supply of various goods for the Civil Courts, Jhelum for the year 2025-26. The procurement includes hardware, IT equipment, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, and stationery items as per the specifications listed in the bidding documents. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List for Sales Tax and Income Tax and registered with the PRA for services. The bidding process will follow a single-stage two-envelope procedure. All tenders must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total bid amount. Interested parties can obtain bidding documents from the office of the B&A Assistant or download them from the EPADS Punjab and Jhelum district courts websites. Bids must be submitted via EPADS or delivered directly to the office by 11:30 AM on 25 May 2026, with opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day.
