The Senior Civil Judge (Admin) Haripur in Haripur, KPK invites sealed tenders for the supply of various goods for the District Courts for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement includes multiple categories such as IT equipment, hardware, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, and office stationery. Interested firms or suppliers must be registered with the relevant Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and maintain an active status on the Tax Payer List. For services, registration with KPRA and a valid NTN are mandatory. The bidding process will follow a single-stage, two-envelope procedure consisting of technical and financial proposals. Bidders are required to submit an earnest money deposit of 2% of the total bid amount. Complete bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Clerk of Court or downloaded via the EPADS KPK portal and the official district courts website. All bids must be submitted by 12:30 PM on 25 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 1:00 PM on the same day.
