Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Gujrat, invites sealed bids for an Annual Framework Contract for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement includes multiple lots: IT Equipment (Estimated 3.27M), Machinery (Estimated 1.77M), Office Stationery, Printing & Publications, Computer Stationery, and General Store items. Well-reputed firms, authorized distributors, and dealers with relevant experience are eligible. Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Professional Tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The bidding process follows Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). A mandatory bid security of 5% of the estimated cost for each lot is required. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA website and EPADS. All electronic bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with technical opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day. Successful bidders must deliver items within 15 days of the supply order and provide a one-year warranty.
