Description / Scope of Work
The Supreme Court of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Branch Registry in Mirpur, Federal Government invites sealed tenders from reputable and financially sound authorized dealers or firms for the supply of various office supplies. The scope of procurement includes high-quality stationery items, computer accessories, and other miscellaneous articles required for the smooth operation of the court's branch registry. This bidding process is being conducted under the Open Competitive Bidding method in accordance with the AJ&K Public Procurement Rules, 2017. All interested parties must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must provide evidence of their professional standing and tax compliance. Detailed tender documents, which contain the complete list of required items and specific technical requirements, can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Registrar in Mirpur during official working hours. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than 11:30 AM on 25 May 2026. The bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
