Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Institute of Cardiology in Lahore, Punjab invites electronic bids from well-reputed firms for the annual supply of medical gases for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This essential healthcare procurement ensures the continuous availability of medical-grade gases required for cardiac surgeries, emergency care, and inpatient services at one of the province's leading specialized hospitals. The total estimated cost for this contract is 240 million Rupees. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and comply with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. A mandatory bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee to the purchase section at least 30 minutes before the opening. The bidding process will be managed exclusively through the E-PADS portal, and no manual bids will be accepted. Detailed tender documents are available for download on the PPRA website. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the E-PAD portal no later than 10:30 AM on 01 June 2026.
