THQ Hospital Shahkot, located in District Nankana Sahib, Punjab, invites electronic bids from eligible suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized dealers for a framework contract of biomedical gases for the fiscal year 2026-27. The estimated cost of this procurement is Rs. 7 million, with a bid security requirement of Rs. 140,000 (2% of estimated cost). This is an open competitive bidding process conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended to date) using single-stage, two-envelope procedures through the Punjab E-Procurement System.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and the Excise & Taxation Department with a valid professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27. Bidders must also be registered on the e-Procurement System. Ineligible bidders include those declared bankrupt, insolvent, convicted of professional misconduct, debarred, blacklisted, or under suspension of payments by court order. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 12 August 2026 up to 12:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM in the office of the Medical Superintendent.
