Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Corporation in Hub, Balochistan invites electronic bids for the construction of single primary and middle schools in Sakran, Gaddani, Durji, and Hub areas. This educational infrastructure project, identified under PSDP No. 220525711, has a significant estimated cost of 300 million Rupees. The scope of work encompasses the complete construction and development of school buildings to enhance the educational facilities in the region. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above with specialized codes in general engineering and building works. Additional requirements include a minimum annual turnover of 266 million PKR and a valid presence on the Active Taxpayer List of the FBR. The procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. All bids must be submitted electronically through the BPPRA E-PADS system, as physical submissions are not permitted. A bid security of 2.5 percent is mandatory. Electronic proposals must be uploaded on the portal no later than 10:00 AM on 20 May 2026.
