Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Attock in Attock, Punjab invites sealed bids through the E-PADS system for several infrastructure development projects across the district. The scope of work includes the construction and rehabilitation of main paths and roads in various localities, including Dhok Shinka, Kaneyal Village, and Nartopa. Specifically, the projects involve the rehabilitation of the road from Ganda Kas Road towards Kaneyal Village and internal street improvements. Individual project estimates range from approximately 17.5 million to 18.7 million Rupees. Eligible bidders must be registered on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) for the year 2025-26 and must comply with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. A mandatory bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR or Pay Order from a scheduled bank must be uploaded digitally and submitted in original to the office. The bidding follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal no later than 02:00 PM on 25 May 2026.
