Description / Scope of Work
The Highway Division Muzaffargarh in Muzaffargarh, Punjab invites sealed bids for the construction of a high-quality carpet road from Gird di Nulli to Basti Ludanni in District Kot Addu. This infrastructure project involves a total road length of 1 kilometer and carries an estimated cost of approximately 18.37 million Rupees. The scope of work includes extensive earthwork in ordinary soil, providing and laying sub-base courses of crushed stone aggregate, and the installation of road edging using brick on end. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for applying a water-bound macadam base course, priming coats, and a 2-inch thick plant premixed bituminous carpet. Safety features such as thermoplastic traffic lane marking and the installation of reflective cat eyes are also integral to the project. Interested firms must provide an earnest money deposit of 918,500 Rupees and complete the entire construction within a 6-month time limit. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the appropriate provincial procurement system no later than the specified deadline of 25 May 2026.
