Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Mint Lahore, under the Ministry of Finance in Lahore, Punjab, invites electronic bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of ingots. This government tender follows a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure, and specific technical details regarding the ingots are provided within the official bidding documents. Interested firms must be active taxpayers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, as well as the Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidders are required to submit their proposals exclusively through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. A mandatory bid security in the form of a CDR, Banker's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee must be issued in favor of the Director General, Pakistan Mint Lahore, and submitted before the deadline. Additionally, one hard copy set of the filled bidding documents must be provided to the Pakistan Mint office. The deadline for the electronic submission of bids is 10:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 10:30 AM on the same day. The project performance period is set for 15 days upon award.
