The Capital Development Authority in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders from authorized dealers, manufacturers, and well-reputed firms for the procurement of genuine spare parts for Kawasaki 85Z-IV and Shantui SL50W wheel loaders. This procurement process is divided into two separate lots for the Machinery Pool Organization (MPO) Directorate. Interested participants must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director MPO located at Sector H-9 for a non-refundable fee of 5,000 Rupees per set. A 5 percent bid security of the total bid amount must be submitted with the technical proposal. The deadline for the submission of technical and financial bids is 11:00 AM on 27 May 2026, followed by a public opening of the technical bids at 11:30 AM on the same day at the MPO Directorate. The CDA reserves the right to reject all bids prior to acceptance under PPRA rules.
