The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) has announced a Pre-Qualification (PQ) notice for general contractors for the establishment of a Center of Excellence for Nursing Education in Multan. This large-scale construction project involves a covered area of approximately 536,029 square feet with an estimated cost of 8,850 Million PKR. The scope of work encompasses building construction and infrastructure development, including the provision of all necessary material, labor, tools, and machinery. Applicants must hold a PEC Category CA registration to be eligible. The procurement process is conducted strictly through the EPADS portal of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. Interested contractors must submit their pre-qualification proposals via EPADS by June 8, 2026, no later than 03:00 PM. The technical opening of proposals will occur on the same day at 03:30 PM. This project represents a significant investment in healthcare education infrastructure within the Punjab region.
