Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Kot Addu has issued an e-tender notice for various framework contracts for the 2025-2026 financial year[cite: 95, 96, 98]. The procurement is divided into four main categories: rental services, electricity works, procurement of stationery and machinery repair, and civil works[cite: 110, 117, 123, 129]. Bidding is conducted through a single-stage, one-envelope procedure via the E-Procurement (EPADS) system[cite: 97, 98]. All eligible contractors must be registered and renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)[cite: 97]. A 5% earnest money deposit in the form of a CDR is required for each scheme[cite: 149].
