Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy Commissioner Office in Jhelum, Punjab invites sealed bids for the annual repair and maintenance of revenue machinery, IT equipment, and furniture for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of work includes the repair of computers, printers, photocopiers, and various office furniture items located within the DC office and its subordinate departments. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, following a single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure. Interested firms and contractors must be active taxpayers and registered with the relevant tax authorities. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Commissioner during regular working hours upon payment of a non-refundable processing fee. All technical and financial bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026. The proposals will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of participating bidders. A bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost must be attached with the application to ensure eligibility for the evaluation process.
