Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), Pakistan's leading integrated gas utility engaged in transmission and distribution of natural gas across Sindh and Balochistan, invites bids for hiring of rental premises for its Sub Zonal Office in Baldia. The scope covers secured premises with total area between 1700 to 3000 square feet, located in the main area of Baldia with legally cleared valid title ownership documents. The premises must have sufficient parking space for vehicles. This is a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure conducted under the PPRA Rules 2004 with tender reference SSGC/SC/PT/EPADS2/14391. Bids will be received online on the EPADS v2.0 portal until 10 August 2026 at 1000 hours and publicly opened the same day at 1030 hours.
Eligible bidders must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and hold legally cleared ownership documents of the premises being offered. Interested parties with valid title ownership are eligible to participate. A fixed bid bond amounting to Rs. 20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rupees) in the form of pay order or demand draft payable to Sui Southern Gas Company Limited is mandatory for all bidders. All submitted documents including electronic bids and the physical bid bond in original must reach before the specified deadline, otherwise bids will be rejected.

Bidders must download documents from EPADS, fill the BOQ and bid form correctly, and submit bids online before the deadline along with the physical bid bond at the SSGC Head Office Tender Room.
