For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SSGC seeks to lease 1700–3000 sq ft premises in Baldia with vehicle parking for a sub-zonal office. This is a straightforward real estate hire, not a construction or supply contract. The bid security is modest (Rs. 20,000), suggesting a routine lease arrangement rather than high-value infrastructure. Eligible bidders must hold clear property title and maintain ATL registration. The tight one-month bidding window and requirement for EPADS participation signal this is a procedurally strict procurement; property owners unfamiliar with e-bidding should prepare early. No recurring or framework structure is mentioned, indicating a single lease negotiation.
Who can bid: Property owners with legally cleared valid title documents are eligible. Bidders must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Typically, participants in real estate procurement in Pakistan must be Pakistani nationals or registered entities with SECP registration or NTN, though this notice does not explicitly state such requirements.
