Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Kotli Sattian, District Murree, has issued a tender notice for the construction of bus stop shelters for Electro Buses across four major routes. These routes include Chirrah Chowk to Kotli Sattian, Kotli Sattian to Mallot Sattian, Chirrah Chowk to Sun, and Kotli Sattian to Bun. The procurement is being conducted through the E-Tendering System (EPADS) in accordance with PPRA rules[cite: 171]. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide a valid CNIC, PRA registration, and NTN. A 5% earnest money deposit of the estimated scheme cost is required via CDR. Bidders must submit their rates electronically by 2:00 PM on May 25, 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 2:30 PM the same day at the Municipal Committee office. Successful bidders are also required to comply with additional performance security requirements if their tender amount falls significantly below the estimated cost.
