Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government & Community Development Department in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids from firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for a significant road infrastructure project. The scope of work involves the rehabilitation and construction of roads, streets, and associated civil works within Union Councils 27-32, 42-46, and Wards 1-6 of NA-57 Rawalpindi. This project has an estimated cost of 20 million Rupees and requires a bid security of 600,000 Rupees. Bidders must be registered on the E-PADS system as per Government of Punjab directions for the financial year 2025-26. Interested parties must upload their bids via E-PADS and submit the original CDR to the office of the Assistant Engineer LG&CD Civil Sub Division Rawalpindi. The submission deadline is 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 12:30 PM on the same day. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
