The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority invites sealed bids for the lease of two prime petrol station sites located at CBD NSIT City, near DHA Phase 6 & 7, Lahore. The sites include Plot F-02-02 (6.77 Kanal) with a reserve price of PKR 30 Million per annum and Plot F-12-02 (5.38 Kanal) with a reserve price of PKR 25 Million per annum. Both sites are intended for petrol stations featuring international food chain outlets under a 10-year lease agreement. Interested bidders must provide earnest money of PKR 10 Million.
