Description / Scope of Work
The Medical Superintendent of Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital in Rawalpindi, Punjab, invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of X-Ray Films and Medical Gases for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This tender consists of two primary lots: Lot 1 for X-Ray Films with an estimated cost of 31.3 million Rupees and Lot 2 for Medical Gases with an estimated cost of 61.5 million Rupees. Bidding will be conducted via the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) under the Single Stage Two Envelope basis as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Professional Tax with the FBR. A 2 percent bid security is required for each lot. Electronic bids must be submitted through e-PADS by 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, and hard copies of the technical bid and performance guarantee must also be delivered to the Purchase Cell of the hospital by the same deadline.
