Description / Scope of Work
The Central Directorate of National Savings (CDNS) in Islamabad, Federal Government, invites electronic bids for the procurement of non-consultancy services for a 'Provision of End-to-End SaaS Solution for CDNS Card Management & Payment Infrastructure'. This procurement project for the fiscal year 2025-26 will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. Interested and eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 must submit their proposals, which should include bid security as specified in the bidding documents. Detailed terms, conditions, and technical requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). All e-bids must be submitted through the EPADS v2.0 portal no later than 11:00 AM on June 02, 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.
