Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites electronic bids from reputable manufacturers, authorized dealers, and contractors for two major procurement packages. The first package involves the fabrication of thirty-three suction machines with a 4500-liter capacity, estimated at 286 million Rupees. The second package is for the procurement of three wheel-mounted excavators with an estimated cost of 375 million Rupees. This procurement is conducted through the EPADS system following a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidding documents have been available on the EPADS portal since 08 May 2026. A bid security of two percent of the estimated price must be uploaded in soft form and submitted physically to the office of the Additional Director General in Township, Lahore. The final deadline for electronic submission via the EPADS portal is 23 May 2026, and all rates must be provided in both figures and words within the financial proposals.
