Description / Scope of Work
Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU) in Islamabad, Federal Government, invites technical and financial proposals for the hiring of state-owned entities for the design and construction of civil work components for the project 'China-Pakistan Joint Research Centre (CPJRC) on Earth Sciences'. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 42(f). Eligible state-owned organizations/firms must be registered on EPADS V2.0, hold valid PEC registration in Category C-A, and possess active GST/NTN certifications. Bidding documents are available for a non-refundable processing fee of 10,000 Rupees. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 19 May 2026 at the QAU Admin Block. A bid security of 15 million Rupees is required. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 02:00 PM on 04 June 2026, with technical opening at 02:30 PM the same day. Hard copies of the sealed envelopes must also reach the PSO office by the deadline.
