Description / Scope of Work
The Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed electronic bids from reputable manufacturers, firms, and authorized distributors for the procurement of 5m³ waste containers. The bidding process is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, specifically utilizing a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidding documents, including detailed technical specifications and the required bid security amount, are available for free download from the PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites. Interested parties must submit their completed bids online via the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026. Technical bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure successful electronic submission and to provide the original bid security in hard form to the RWMC Head Office in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, by the closing deadline.
