Description / Scope of Work
The TEVTA Secretariat in Lahore, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for the establishment of mock rooms and classrooms for the Hospitality Department at GSTC Faisalabad. The project encompasses renovation and allied works, including the provision of furniture, fixtures, and required accessories, with an estimated cost of 62.92 million Rupees. Bidding is conducted through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis. Eligible contractors must be active on e-PADS, registered with PEC in Category C-4 or above with relevant specialization codes in Civil and Electrical categories, and registered with FBR and PRA. A 2 percent bid security is required. Technical bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. This procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
