Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS), Rawalpindi, has issued an Invitation for Tender for the procurement, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and after-sales support of Medical Laboratory Equipment for its academic and research facilities at NIASR-NUMS. Bids are being invited through PPRA E-PADS on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis from well-reputed, experienced, and financially sound firms and companies. Interested bidders must have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of medical laboratory equipment in public or private sector organizations. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and must appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for GST and Income Tax. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bid value in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Draft, or Pay Order drawn in favor of NUMS is required. Bidding documents can be obtained by submitting a Pay Order or Demand Draft of PKR 3,000 (non-refundable) in favor of NUMS. The last date for submission of bids is 25th May 2026 by 09:30 hours. Technical and Financial Proposals will be opened the same day at 10:00 hours at the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road, Rawalpindi. Late, incomplete, or emailed bids will not be accepted.
