Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Lakki Marwat, invites electronic bids through E-PADS in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014 for seven schemes across multiple ADP programs. The works include solarization and installation of pressure pumps in FR Bettani and FR Lakki Marwat under the Construction/Rehabilitation of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes in Newly Merged Districts (ADP No. 176/25-0926, 2025-26), solarization and installation of pressure pumps at various villages in District Lakki Marwat under the Lakki Area Development Project funded from 15% Oil and Gas Royalty (ADP No. 250725), and street pavements at various villages in UC Isak Khel, District Lakki Marwat under Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiatives (ADP#1025/251273, 2025-26). Estimated costs range from Rs. 5.756 million to Rs. 99.902 million. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR is required. Bidders must be registered with E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS), KPPRA, PEC, FBR (Active), and KPRA (Active). Bids are to be submitted via EPADS at eprocure.gov.pk by 25 May 2026 at 12:00 Noon and will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM. A Pre-bid Meeting will be held on 18 May 2026 at 11:00 AM at XEN Office Lakki Marwat.
