Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Highway Department, Highways Division Attock, under the Superintending Engineer Highways Circle No. 1 Rawalpindi, has issued a Tender Notice for the special repair of Mashrita Village Link Road in Tehsil and District Attock. The work covers a total road length of 1.35 km, specifically from Km 0.00 to 0.40 and Km 0.70 to 1.65. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 33.920 million with an earnest money of Rs. 1.696 million. The completion period is 6 months. Tenders are being invited from engineering firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and on the Punjab PPRA website at punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR in favor of the Executive Engineer Highway Division Attock, along with the online bid submission before the tender opening time. The successful bidder must submit a Performance Security or Guarantee of 10% of the bid amount within 15 days of receipt of the letter from the Executive Engineer. Bids will be opened on 20 May 2026 at 10:00 AM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at the office of the Commissioner. All contractor claims must be submitted electronically as per PPRA Punjab Rules.
