Description / Scope of Work
The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Punjab is inviting bids for the procurement of 15,000 Single-Fly Canvas Tents and 15,000 Family Tents. This tender is being conducted through E-Tendering on the e-PADS system. Well-reputed bidders, contractors, and manufacturers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) are eligible to participate. The estimated cost for Single-Fly Tents is PKR 364.83 Million and for Family Tents is PKR 443.25 Million. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost for each lot must be submitted. Electronic bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on May 21, 2026, and will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day. Physical samples of the tents are required at the PDMA office in Lahore before the closing date.
