Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency (PHATA) has invited e-bids for the rehabilitation of development schemes in Yazman Extension and Surewala. The Yazman project has an estimated cost of PKR 7,976,950, while the Surewala project is estimated at PKR 31,711,293. This procurement is conducted through the e-PADS system of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Eligible contractors must be registered with the FBR and PRA, and hold a valid PEC registration in categories C-4 and above. Bidders are required to upload their proposals electronically, and a 5% earnest money deposit is mandatory. The bidding process follows a single-stage procedure, with technical and financial bids to be opened on June 2, 2026, at the PHATA head office in Lahore.
