Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC) Rawalpindi has invited electronic bids for various procurement lots including medical equipment for operation theaters, endoscopy consumables, and the installation of fire alarm and HVAC systems. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Estimated costs for individual lots range from PKR 5.6 Million to PKR 68.9 Million. Interested firms are required to submit their proposals electronically via the e-PADS portal by 11:00 AM on May 22, 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
