Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy Commissioner Office, Abbottabad, invites electronic bids via the EPADS portal for the procurement of machinery, equipment, and various other items for the establishment of a 'Nerve Center'. This project follows the KPPRA Rules 2014 under a single-stage, single-envelope procedure. Eligible firms and suppliers must be registered with the FBR and remain on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A mandatory bid security of PKR 300,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS system by 10:00 AM on May 25, 2026, and will be opened publicly at the Additional Deputy Commissioner's office an hour later.
