The Program Monitoring and Implementation Unit (PMIU) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the procurement of IT equipment under the Sindh Early Learning Enhancement through Classroom Transformation (SELECT) project. The School Education & Literacy Department is seeking to acquire high-quality desktop computers and laptops to support the SERP II initiative. This procurement is conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. Interested eligible bidders must demonstrate financial and technical capability to supply the required hardware. Detailed technical specifications and quantities are provided in the bidding documents, which can be obtained from the PMIU office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 2,000 PKR. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid value. The deadline for the submission of technical and financial proposals is 2:00 PM on 27 May 2026, after which bids will be opened publicly in the presence of designated representatives
