Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lahore has invited electronic bids via the e-PADS portal for the re-location of a 48-inch diameter trunk sewer at Bhatti Gate. This project is a key component of the larger 'Revamping of Area Around Data Darbar' initiative. The scope of work includes significant civil engineering tasks such as deep excavation, construction of manholes, sluice valve chambers, and the installation of MS Gully Gratings. Contractors must be registered with the PEC in category C-6 or above with specialized codes CE-09 and CE-10, and maintain active status with the FBR and PRA. The bidding follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Submissions are due by 11:00 AM on May 21, 2026, with technical bids being opened shortly thereafter at 11:30 AM.
