Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Rawalpindi has invited electronic bids via the e-PADS portal for the annual repair and maintenance of tube wells, water supply networks, and sewerage systems in the Gulzar-e-Quaid Sub Division. The scope includes operation, maintenance, and emergency repair works of pumping machinery and allied infrastructure for the financial year 2025-26. Eligible contractors must be registered with the PEC in the relevant category and maintain active tax filer status with FBR and PRA. Bids must be submitted through the e-PADS system by 10:00 AM on May 25, 2026, with the opening scheduled for 10:30 AM on the same day. A 5% bid security of the estimated cost is required.
