Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Social Forestry Division Kamber-Shahdadkot in Larkana, Sindh invites sealed bids for various civil and infrastructure works under the development scheme for afforestation and reforestation of degraded forest ecosystems. The project, located at Bahman Forest Larkana, includes the construction of a main gate, general lavatory facilities, a children's park, and the construction of a hut or landhi. Additionally, the scope involves extensive chain-link fencing and the provision and laying of various UPVC and CPVC piping systems for irrigation and drainage. This initiative aims to enhance carbon sequestration through the restoration of forest ecosystems. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board and the Federal Board of Revenue, maintaining an active taxpayer status. The procurement process adheres to the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) rules. Bidding documents with complete technical specifications and evaluation criteria are available at the Conservator of Forests office. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted by the specified deadline of 12:00 PM on 22 May 2026.
