Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works Department, Highways Division Sudhnoti (Pallandri) in Sudhnoti, Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites electronic bids for the construction, improvement, reconditioning, and blacktopping of multiple road projects across various constituencies. The scope of work includes significant infrastructure development such as the 1.50 km Mong Road, the 0.50 km Mong to Khan Chowk Road, and the 0.50 km Dhergal Katta to Shah Kake Road, with a total estimated cost of approximately 6.48 million Rupees. Eligible contractors and firms must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C6 or above for the fiscal year 2025-26, specifically holding specialization code CE-01. The procurement is conducted under the Single Stage-Single Envelope E-Bidding System in accordance with AJK PPRA Rules. Interested participants must upload their technical profiles in PDF format via the E-Bidding dashboard and submit hard copies of original bank receipts and bidding documents to the Executive Engineer's office within 48 hours of the bid opening.
