Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Khurrianwala in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for multiple infrastructure development projects within its jurisdiction. The scope of work includes the rehabilitation of the carpet road from Jhumra Road to Markazi Graveyard, the construction of a parking stand at the old MC office building, and various PCC and drainage works in Rehana Clinic Street, Hafiz Town, and Ghosia Colony. These projects have a combined estimated cost exceeding 36 million Rupees. Bidding is open to contractors and firms registered with PPRA for e-procurement on the e-PADS system, as well as the FBR and PRA. A bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost for each lot must be submitted in the form of a CDR or Bank Guarantee. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded in PDF format to the EPADS portal no later than 10:00 AM on 25 May 2026. The bids will be publicly opened at 10:30 AM on the same day following the single-stage single-envelope procedure.
