Description / Scope of Work
The Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the repair, refurbishment, rehabilitation, and replacement of parts for HVAC systems across several key departments, including the ALE block, Gastroenterology Department in the New Gynae Block, and the Urology OT in the FJ Block. Additionally, the hospital is seeking an Annual Comprehensive Repair and Maintenance Contract for its inventory of air conditioners, refrigerators, and electric water coolers for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Interested bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically through the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS). A bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR or Bank Draft is mandatory for participation. All procurement processes will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab PPRA Rules 2024. Bidding documents containing complete terms and conditions can be downloaded from the e-PADS or PPRA websites. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online no later than 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026.
