Description / Scope of Work
The National Highway Authority in Gilgit, Federal Government invites applications for the pre-qualification of security firms to provide professional security guard services at NHA Gilgit-Baltistan and its various attached offices and sites. This contract is intended for a period of one year and is open to security companies with at least five years of experience in providing security services to government departments or autonomous bodies. Eligible firms must be registered with NTN and GST authorities and must not have a history of incomplete contracts with NHA or other entities. The evaluation criteria include the firm's operational capacity, communication systems, and privileges provided to guards such as EOBI and insurance coverage. Detailed tender documents, including eligibility and evaluation forms, must be completed and submitted to the Office of the General Manager (GB) no later than 11:00 AM on 10 June 2026. Bidders are required to provide documentation regarding their base stations and PTA operating licenses as part of the technical assessment.
