Description / Scope of Work
The NED University of Engineering & Technology in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids from specialized firms and authorized dealers for the procurement of server and storage equipment for its data center. This high-priority infrastructure project is aimed at upgrading the university's technical backbone to support growing academic and administrative demands. The scope of work includes the supply, installation, and configuration of high-end server hardware and storage solutions as detailed in the technical specifications. Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per SPPRA Rules. Interested bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and relevant provincial tax authorities. A complete set of bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Assistant Director of Procurement-II upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of 3,000 Rupees. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the total bid value. Completed tender documents must be submitted to the university procurement office no later than 10:30 AM on 04 June 2026, with public opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day.
