The National Electronics Complex of Pakistan in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the procurement of SP Cards for RF Detectors for the fiscal year 2025-2026. This tender follows a single-stage one-envelope procedure and is open to manufacturers and suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. This is a re-tender case (Reference No. 1090/2025-26) with no changes to the original specifications. Interested bidders are required to provide 1% earnest money of the total bid value in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Call Deposit. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 21 May 2026 at the NECOP Headquarters to address technical queries. Participants must forward CNIC copies and vehicle details by 19 May 2026 for security clearance. Complete bidding documents can be obtained from the office in Sector H-9/1 upon payment of a 2,500 Rupee fee. The deadline for bid submission is 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, with the opening ceremony taking place shortly after at 11:30 AM.
