Description / Scope of Work
The Quaid-i-Azam University in Islamabad, Federal Government invites proposals from state-owned entities for the design and construction of civil work components for the China-Pakistan Joint Research Centre (CPJRC) on Earth Sciences. This significant infrastructure project involves the establishment of research facilities at the university campus and will be executed on a design and BOQ basis as per PPRA Rule 42(f). Eligible state-owned organizations, firms, or companies must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-A and possess valid GST and NTN registrations. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 18 May 2026 at the QAU Admin Block to discuss the detailed scope of work and terms of reference. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 15 million Rupees in the form of a bank draft or CDR. The procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure, with both technical and financial proposals due through the PPRA EPADS V2.0 portal and in hard copy by 2:00 PM on 04 June 2026.
