Description / Scope of Work
The Traffic Engineering & Transport Planning Agency (TEPA), LDA in Lahore, Punjab invites electronic bids for the up-gradation of traffic signals at various junctions across the city. The project is divided into four distinct packages, involving the installation of Pelican Signals, Vehicle Video Detection (VVD) systems, and UTC Controllers. The estimated costs for the packages range from 148.9 million to 287.3 million Rupees, with a total project timeline of 6 months per package. Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), hold active tax filer status with FBR and PRA (NTN and PNTN), and possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-3 or above. Procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidders are required to submit a 5% earnest money/bid security for their respective lots. All bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with technical openings scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day. Manual, postal, or conditional bids will not be accepted.
