The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Islamabad invites sealed bids for the disposal of high-quality office partitions, fixtures, and various assets from its office complex. The assets available for sale cover a total area of 20,000 square feet and include premium items such as 8mm tempered glass partitions with shatter-resistant film supported by beechwood, high-quality imported carpet tiles (2x2 ft), professional roll-up blinds, office doors, locks, and hardware. Additionally, a complete studio kitchen set-up is available for bidding. Interested individuals and firms can inspect the items during a site visit scheduled for May 16-17, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 04:00 PM at the Serena Office Complex. Bidders have the option to bid for the entire lot or specific categories of items. A mandatory security deposit in the form of a bank draft for 100,000 Rupees, issued in favor of the 'UNDP Representative in Pakistan (Rupee) Account', must be submitted along with the bid. The final deadline for the submission of offers and the security deposit is May 18, 2026.
