The Office of the Executive Engineer, Building Division GB C&WD Gilgit, invites sealed tenders under the Single Stage One Envelope (SSOE) procedure for multiple construction and development projects in Juglote. The projects include the construction of an MCH Centre (estimated at 14.87 million Rupees), the establishment of a cattle shed and purchase of milk cows (15.89 million Rupees), and the construction of a training hall for climate-smart management practices (9.74 million Rupees). Eligible contractors must be enlisted with GB C&WD in the relevant category and possess a valid PEC registration for the year 2025-26. A 2% bid security in the form of a CDR is required for each work. Bidding documents can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee. The deadline for bid submission varies by project on 02 June 2026, starting from 10:00 AM. Bidders quoting more than 10% below the estimate must provide an additional 10% performance guarantee. The procurement follows GBPPRA Rules.
